DHI Hair Transplantation
Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) is a modern twist on the widely used FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) hair transplant technique. In a standard FUE procedure, the surgeon carefully removes small groups of hair follicles—called grafts—from a donor area, typically the back of the scalp where hair growth is dense. These grafts are then implanted into the thinning or bald areas after making tiny incisions in the skin. DHI follows the same graft collection process but takes a more streamlined approach to implantation. Instead of making incisions first, the surgeon uses a specialized tool known as a Choi implanter pen. This device allows them to simultaneously create the insertion point and place the graft in a single motion. Because of this, DHI is often referred to as the “sharp implanter method” or “DHI Choi.”

FUE Hair Transplant
FUE: Follicular unit extraction, a hair transplant which involves extracting individual hair follicles from the donor area using a tiny punch tool and transplanting them into the=recipient area. Perfect for creating a more natural hairline as select hairs can be chosen to behave in a way that mimics the surrounding hairs.

Hair Transplant
A hair transplant is a surgical procedure that moves hair follicles from one part of the body (usually the back or sides of the scalp) to areas experiencing thinning or baldness.
