Biography

Dr. Karl William Schwarz, MD, affectionately known by his patients as Dr. William, is a highly educated, likable and compassionate plastic surgeon with extensive training and expertise and is the creator of Ogee Lipo®. Originally from Canada, where he completed both his undergraduate and medical degrees, Dr. William later moved to the United States to further his education and training. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. William holds a Master’s degree in Genetics he obtained during his surgical training, culminating in his plastic surgery training at the world-renowned Duke University Medical Center. More than just a highly educated surgeon, Dr. William is passionate about patient education—a cornerstone of his practice. He leverages social media platforms to extend his educational outreach, generously sharing the knowledge he has amassed over 15 years of practice. Dr. William’s practice, located conveniently 15 minutes from Miami Airport, is focused on plastic surgery of the breast and body. This specialization encompasses all types of breast surgery including: Breast Augmentation, Breast Lifts, Breast Lift with Implants, Breast Reduction as well as Repair of Complications from Breast Surgery (including Symmastia, Capsular Contracture Repair, Implant Exchange, and Implant Removal). In addition to his breast surgery, Dr. William performs Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs), liposuction (Ogee Lipo®), and Mommy Makeovers. By concentrating solely on these areas, Dr. William has honed his skills to deliver exceptional results, particularly evident since pioneering his signature Ogee Lipo® technique, which artfully creates beautiful concave and convex lines in liposuction and BBLs. Dr. William has been happily married for 30 years and is the proud father of three adult sons. His oldest son, a college graduate, works in the aviation finance industry, while his younger twin boys are currently attending college.
