Board certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of numerous prestigious plastic surgery societies, Dr. Straka continues to stay on the forefront of technological and procedural advancements in the field of plastic surgery.

Dr. Stefan Szczerba (pronounced Sher-ba) is double board-certified in general and plastic surgery. He completed his Cosmetic Fellowship at the New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, and his Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta. His general surgery residency was completed at Northwestern, which he attended after earning his medical degree from Rush Medical College. He has authored articles for medical journals and textbooks, and taught medical students at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Szczerba is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
