Barrington Plastic Surgery, Ltd. Was started in 1979 by Dr. Vincent Pelletiere, MD to meet the growing plastic surgery needs of the Chicagoland area. Dr. Vincent Pelletiere trained at Loyola Medical Center and Cook County Hospital, and was a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy as a flight surgeon. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Besides the full breadth of plastic surgery, Dr. Vincent also focuses on hand surgery as well. Over the past forty years he has treated over 30,000 patients, from breast cancer patients to car accident traumas to cosmetic enhancements.
