One of the most experienced Aesthetic Physicians in Sydney, Dr. Wayne Young, was born in South Africa, where he first found his passion for cosmetic surgery in 1989. He completed medical school at The University of Witwatersrand, attending two terms in Plastic Surgery, one at Johannesburg General Hospital and one at the Concord Hospital in Sydney. The University of Witwatersrand, is one of the leading universities in Africa, and recently celebrated it's centenary, 1922-2022. Dr Young then moved to London to further his surgical training, where he worked in the surgical departments of The Royal Free and The Royal Marsden. He then moved back to Sydney, where he trained extensively in General Surgery for four years and then Plastic Surgery for five years alongside many of Sydney’s renowned Plastic Surgeons. Since 2015, Dr Young has been involved in hair restoration, helping many men and women gain confidence by performing FUE hair transplant surgery. Drawing on his extensive cosmetic surgery experience, his keen eye and artistic spirit ensure he provides his patients with the best results.
